East End Food was one of the four pitches at PYP’s 2023 inaugural Pitch Day presented by Grant Champion Cindi Crain.

East End Food supports, promotes and advocates for farmers and producers, while ensuring everyone in the community can enjoy and be nourished by local food. They envision the East End as a place where all farms and food businesses are thriving and supported by an engaged community whose members understand the benefits and uniqueness of local food. @eastendfood @_marcimoreau @cindicrain

Calling all athletes and NON-athletes… Please jo

Calling all athletes and NON-athletes… Please join PYP members in the Mighty Hamptons Steve Tarpinian Memorial Super Sprint Triathlon at Long Beach in Sag Harbor on Sunday, September 8th in support of i-tri, PYP’s 2023 Grant Champion.

This “mini” triathlon challenges all participants 14 and up while giving each the opportunity to meet their personal goals. The course features a 300m open water swim in shallow waters; a 6-mile bike route on a mostly flat course along wide roads with designated bike lanes; and a 2-mile run. The course can also be tackled as a team relay.

For FUN, starting next Thursday, July 25th at 6pm, Theresa Roden, Founder of i-tri, and Brooke Bohnsack, Founder of PYP, will be hosting weekly team training sessions (every Thursday @ 6pm) at Long Beach in Sag Harbor. Everyone is welcome to curate their own training style - you can work on any or all aspects of the race (swim, bike, run). WINE immediately following.
